Traditionally, medical students are taught to look for horses rather than zebras when diagnosing patients, meaning they should look for more common diseases first.

The Zebra Run is a vibrant fundraising and community-building event dedicated to raising critical funds for MSD research and family support. After the incredible energy and impact of our 9th Annual event, we are thrilled to invite you back to celebrate a major milestone!

Join us for the 10th Annual Zebra Run on Saturday, March 13, 2027. We are returning to the beautiful Fort Maurepas Park in Ocean Springs, and once again, we will be hosting Virtual Runs for our supporters joining us from across the country and around the globe.

Celebrating Our 2026 Success

Our community truly showed its strength during the 9th Annual Zebra Run on March 7, 2026. We were joined by 396 runners and walkers representing 28 U.S. states and Spain. The in-person festivities at Fort Maurepas Park featured a 1-mile all-ages fun run, a chip-timed 5k, live music, family-friendly activities, and a complimentary lunch provided by our generous food sponsors. With the powerhouse backing of 58 sponsors and dozens of dedicated volunteers, you helped us raise over $78,000 for life-changing MSD research and family support programs.
